3-Point Plugger Aerator Dirt Dog CPG & MPG Series

The key to a healthy lawn is an annual aeration. Dirt Dog’s Compact Plugger uses 3/4” hardened spoons at 6″ spacing on independently rotating and greasable hubs, on a 1 1/4″ axle to remove a soil plug allowing your lawn to breathe, hydrate, and relieve compaction. The frame can also be used as a weight rack to get maximum penetration.

There is no need to clean up the plugs as they will dissolve within a few weeks and return all those nutrients back into your soil.

Designed for Category I 3-Point Hitches and Quick Hitches, Dirt Dog’s Plugger uses independent hubs along the axle to protect your turf as you turn with the plugger engaged. A plugger without this feature will tear up your turf on the inside corner of the turn.

A weight tray on top of the attachment is meant for deeper penetration of the spoon. This is beneficial for any turf, not just tough soil. Any form of weight will work, but suitcase weights can be added to your order with no additional shipping cost.

A plugger aerator is suitable for home lawns, soccer, baseball, and football fields, parks, and golf courses, and only needs to be done once a year.
