Yanmar Mini Excavator ViO50-6B

Local Equipment Rental Rates & Availability

You can rent a tractor and large equipment for one day, one weekend, one week, or one month. Delivery and Pick Up can be added for a fee within a 25 miles radius of our shop in Paw Paw, Michigan.

Rental periods are based on an 8-hour work day, leading to the total hours of each rental period being:

• Daily: 8 hours ($31/hour overtime)
  • Rentals have 24 hours from pickup to drop off to complete the rental period.
• Weekend: 16 hours ($31/hour overtime)
  • Pickup Friday between 2-3:30 PM
  • Return Monday between 8-10 AM
• Weekly: 40 hours ($31/hour overtime)
• Monthly: 160 hours ($31/hour overtime)

Equipment Rental Insurance

Good Works Tractors insures all of its rentals for issues that arise within normal use.

Requirements to Rent Large Equipment from Good Works Tractors

All charges are paid up front by the customer. Your Driver’s License and credit card are kept on file. The rental agreement will be signed.

Fees & Deposit Required for Renting Equipment

There is a $1000 deposit for damages, refundable if the equipment is returned undamaged.

There is a $250 deposit for cleaning, refundable if you bring the equipment back in the same condition we rented it to you.

There is no smoking in any GWT equipment.

Fuel Policy

Diesel Only: All GWT equipment rentals are to be fueled with diesel only.

Fuel Costs: To avoid additional charges, return the rental equipment with the same fuel level as when you received it.

Note: We charge double the going rate for fuel costs if the equipment is returned with less fuel than when it was rented.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellations:

• We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation.
• While we strive to accommodate cancellations, last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.

• If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates or equipment), please contact us to discuss the available options.
